    Very Relaxing, and Simply being Kind to Each other. Idetifiying that we have 3 to 5 personal philoshopies, His voice and manner simply eased me in every possible way. Which is BIG as i have have been drinking STRONG COFFEE, to keep me alert!! Learning that breathing will not fix Aniexty..you have to work on it every day and using on postive word instead of affermations. I really loved and felt i was connecting when Engel spoke about the power of Prayer, and thanks. I felt so relaxed and content , I actually nodded off to sleep , hearing his voice.
