Jacci is a psychotherapist who specialises in helping families, parents, and individuals better understand how their thoughts impact their reality, and in doing so, helps change those thoughts to create a better reality.

    Jacci … Thanks for a Simple ,Straight Forward Talk, I think and act like you do , in my therapy and my life. Just go with the flow. and yup thoughts before feelings. I also believe you cant control thoughts, but you can talk about them. I love visual pictures they retain more in my mind. You nailed it. and so remind me of probaly the best therapist i have had, until she retired. BRAVO JACCI.

    Thanks your talk has given me some peace of mind.
    Great content put in simple terms. This is making more sense now. Anxiety will always be with me and its about learning how to accept it, be grateful for it at times but also the right to tell it to get lost- you are blowing things out of proportion & I don’t need you right now.
