Sarie Taylor

Sarie Taylor is a psychotherapist specialising in anxiety.

Sarie herself suffered from severe anxiety for many years to the extent she was hospitalised for a month.

And it was after this life-changing experience, that Sarie went on a journey of healing for the next ten years which eventually led her to a realisation that her suffering was mainly due to a complete misunderstanding about how human nature worked.

It was her exploration and understanding of the 3 principles (originally talked about by Sydney Banks), which completely changed her life.

Sarie is the perfectly imperfect mind mentor who shares a wealth of wisdom and practical tips to help anyone struggling with anxiety begin to start living the life they want.

Thank you Sarie. so much of what you say soumds familiar.e.g. standard help, why, where has it all stemmed from, also “being stuck”.
A young family member is in YPU at the moment, at long last they are listening to her and avknowledged her problem is ruled by anxiety.
I will definitley be sharing your FB and Sydney Banks. Fresh outlook already.

Unreal Panic Attacks every 2hrs, OMG. Doctors focused on my Epilespy, and the Aniexty Issues were not addresed. It was like a Big Elephant in the Room but doctor refused to adress. Epilspsy was something that was kind of known so medication was given.Aniexty , Depressionfollowed in teen yrs doctors said its just peer presure, put me on a relaxant..No one thought the 2 meds would clash and i went into a grand mal Sezuire in PUBLIC. any aniexty i had my siblings laughed at me. Pulling me down. I was like SARIE, delaying , put of meeting friends etc and they took it personally, i lost my Closet Friend in the world , because I wasnt making the effort like she was and all i could do was breaking down and cry. I could try to explain but it was like talking to a brick wall same applied to siblings and no matter what response i got i ended up in tears. Nobody GOT what i was trying to explain how i was feeling. In later years i did what SARIE did, courses on the human mind and emotions, reading Tech books on how we react and why, I had to personally take my mental health in MY Hands, i figured i understand somethings not right, and delved into books. Am I never regretted this. I also ask doctors what strategies do you suggest because i do this, this this.. And I will always be the first to start the conversation. I still have moments , and i think OH MY GOD.. not again and I have actually screamed out to the chatterbox in my head STOP, GET THE F**K AWAY, Idont have the support system to call someone and say HELP. 6 weeks ago i was on my knees begging to see my GP, as the surgery screwed my appointment up. and i never have done hat in my entire life. I was waiting over a week anyway, and i nearly gave up.when i thought My Psychologist may be in . I raced to her and between appoinments she checked in with me , until my 3.40 pm appointment. If it were not for her I hate to think what i would have done. Yup we are not born anixous , i believe its cultural conditioning that shapes us, we are taught what behaviuors we should use, PUT on a Brave Face, Feel Strong ! It cant be done with out you believeing it yourself, and its a tough hard journey, and at times you have more to lose than to gain, when u are isolated. im now 53and i think what the hell have i done with my life.. I never put big expectations on my myself but have a tinge of envy I suppose , when friends have travelled meet the love of their life.. but know it was not all happy sailing.) I accept that and can truley be deleighted from them. And i want them to share their story of ie how they met, where they travelled. But I wont ever acceptsome if they cant give me the same. I dont want TOXIC people in my life. Ever but some tend to change their spots in my experience. Sarie i f something is going well no stress no issues, I ??it simply because they are rare moments and i should not ?? them. OH my god when you spoke about up and downs in life, A friend of mine who had his 1st mental health problem of depression and stress, was terrified , as he never had any emotional or mental issues what so ever. Which shocked me. and he didnt live a shelterd life. in fact he is one of my closet friends. We are thankful that this occured because it brought us closer together to understanding each other, he leaned on me.. no prob there was a great honor i felt.. but boy it was exhausting. I often would say dont fight it go with the flow, dont try and find answers as we both do that!! ie there has to be alogical reason for this. I think because we cant physically see “it” we Focus an MAKE it a problem. And now i ask him about how he would handle this or that and its great that we can say do you rember when ??? Sydney Banks Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought are actually reassuring as i try to deal with Aniexty and Issues in daily life. Anixety exists, IT WILL always EXIST,but we can assist ourselves with THE RIGHT treat for each person. From your talk SARIE, you have reaffirmed topics which i have never had the oppourtunity to discuss with anyone else. and i had never heard of the 3 principles. ITs so crazy what hell we put ourselves through. AS we are just Human. this is also where my faith in god comes into play, and also eases my mind. Many Many thanks.

I really wanted to watch some of these sessions but cannot do it with the countdown timer right next to the video with no way to get rid of it. Nothing makes an anxious person more anxious than a countdown timer of doom for a limited! time! offer!
