James had his own run-in and personal battle with anxiety, which he managed to break free from having come across some powerful methodologies of acceptance and understanding which removed all power from his anxiety.
And it was with this newfound wisdom that he felt compelled to become a wellness coach where he now works with anxiety sufferers to help them change how they view their anxiety, and in doing so, completely alter their life for the better
He is also part of the My Mental Health Rocks team where he visits school delivering presentations to educate children on mental health and emotional wellbeing.
